Privacy notice

Last updated: May 2026. This page is a placeholder; replace it with your finalized privacy policy before launch.

Who we are

Zentra ITSM (“Zentra”, “we”, “us”) provides an enterprise IT service management platform. This notice describes how we handle information collected through zentraitsm.com and our customer engagements. Our registered office is [Company Address Placeholder].

What we collect

  • Information you provide — name, work email, company, role, and message content when you submit a contact or demo-request form.
  • Server logs — IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp, and HTTP status, retained for security and operational purposes.
  • Cookies — this marketing site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set if you sign in to a customer environment.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, and where appropriate, send you tailored proposals. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Sharing

We share information only with subprocessors strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, our email provider for transactional notifications). A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Retention

Demo-request submissions are retained for up to 24 months for sales follow-up unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are retained for 90 days unless required for security or legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

Security

We use industry-standard controls to protect data: encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and regular review. See our security overview for more.
